As long as your birthday falls 7 days either side of your planned visit then you qualify for your free ticket.
All free birthday tickets need to be booked via our help centre after booking the rest of your group in.
Terms & Conditions*
- Free birthday ticket valid for qualifying shows that fall 7 days either side of your birthday.
- Valid photographic ID must be shown on the day or the full ticket price will be requested to gain entry.
- Booking in advance is required to take advantage of the free birthday promotion as this cannot be redeemed on the door.
- The free birthday ticket offer can only be redeemed when purchasing at least 1 full price ticket.* (each birthday ticket needs 1 full price ticket)
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Subject to availability.
- This is to avoid free birthday ticket no shows.
- Birthday free ticket requests require a minimum of 48 hours notice for our team to be able to process the booking.
- This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be backdated for any existing orders.
