AndySir arrived on the comedy scene on St. Patrick"s Day 2003 standing in front of a crowd of Guinness-addled, mock-Irishmen and slowly deconstructing the book of Leviticus to little comic effect. Thus began an infatuation with comedy that has lasted three years and has seen him collect a brace of runner-up slots and other dubious accolades.
He is most often described as "a young Arnold Brown", something he has tried to discourage by using rude words in his set of the sort that Mr Brown would never approve of - but to no avail. He generally does a 20-min main support kind of role, and promoters tend to ask him back - he seeks nothing more than that.
