By attending our events, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by Blackstock Market Makers Market. These guidelines are designed to protect traders, the market, and visitors.

Family-Friendly Environment
As a family-friendly market, any items featuring profanities must be covered. If any artwork or products are deemed inappropriate or offensive, we may ask you to remove them from your stall.

Insurance Requirements
- All traders must have a minimum of £5 million public liability insurance. Food traders must meet specific health and safety regulations.
- Non-food traders employing staff must have employee insurance in place.
- All food traders must be registered with their local council and should display their food hygiene rating at their stall.

Food Traders
- Food traders must follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing gloves, providing handwashing stations, covering food, and maintaining cleanliness. All food sold must meet legal safety standards.
- Sneeze guards must be used, and traders are responsible for clearing their own waste at the end of the event.

Hot Food Traders
- Hot food traders may be required to have £10 million public liability insurance. Traders must provide handwashing facilities, check food temperatures regularly, and meet all safety requirements.
- Traders must bring PAT-tested electrical equipment, and any gas appliances used must have the necessary gas safety certification.

Trader Responsibilities
- Traders must ensure their products comply with UK regulations, including safety assessments for cosmetics, hallmarking for precious metals, and accurate labeling for organic, vegan, or cruelty-free items.
- Alcohol traders must hold a personal license and display Challenge 25 signage.

Payments and Cancellations
- All payments must be made online. Refunds or market credit will only be offered if cancellations are made by 4pm the Monday before the event.
- For Christmas events, cancellations must be made 14 days before the start date of the market series to be eligible for a refund.

Event Day Guidelines
- Stallholders must follow setup instructions, maintain professional presentation, and ensure all safety standards are met. All waste must be removed at the end of the event, and the stall area should be left in its original condition.
